Internationally Compliant Return Policy

At Zinniars, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality control standards.

1. RETAIL RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging intact

  • No signs of damage or alteration

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products & accessories

  • Items Under Sale Offers

  • B2B bulk orders

  • Items damaged due to misuse or even labels & tags Missing or attempt to remove or handsew

3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international customers:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide images for verification.

  • Approved claims may be replaced or refunded.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 14-20 business days depending on payment provider.
