Internationally Compliant Return Policy
At Zinniars, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality control standards.
1. RETAIL RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
All original tags and packaging intact
No signs of damage or alteration

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order products & accessories
Items Under Sale Offers
B2B bulk orders
Items damaged due to misuse or even labels & tags Missing or attempt to remove or handsew
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international customers:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide images for verification.
Approved claims may be replaced or refunded.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 14-20 business days depending on payment provider.
