At Zinniars, we believe clothing should feel as personal as the woman wearing it. While many of our styles are handcrafted in small batches, selected garments can also be created especially for you through our Made to Order & Personalization service.

This allows you to enjoy a garment that is thoughtfully crafted with your individual preferences in mind while preserving the signature design, comfort and quality of Zinniars.

What is Made to Order?

Made to Order garments are individually handcrafted after your order is placed. Unlike ready-to-dispatch products, these garments are created specifically for you and therefore require additional production time.

Each garment is carefully cut, stitched, finished and quality-checked before dispatch.

Personalization Options

For eligible styles, you may request up to two (2) personalization changes for a service fee of ₹999 per garment.

Available options may include:

• Sleeve length adjustments
• Garment length adjustments
• Minor fit adjustments
• Pocket additions (where technically feasible)
• Other minor customizations approved by our team

All requests are subject to design feasibility and production approval.

Complimentary Custom Measurements

Customers purchasing from our Curve Plus Collection may request complimentary custom body measurements to help achieve a better fit.

This service applies only to sizing adjustments and does not include design modifications.

Production Timeline

Handcrafted in Small Batches

• Dispatch within 2–3 Business Days

Made to Order & Personalized Garments

• Dispatch within 4–9 Business Days

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Payment

All Made to Order and Personalized garments are accepted only against prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for these products.

Production begins only after successful payment confirmation.

Design Limitations

To preserve the original design and craftsmanship of every garment, we are unable to accommodate major design modifications.

Examples include:

• Changing the garment silhouette
• Altering necklines
• Changing fabrics
• Changing prints or colours
• Adding or removing major design elements
• Creating entirely new styles from existing garments

Zinniars reserves the right to decline any customization request that may compromise the garment's design or quality.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Once production has commenced, Made to Order and Personalized orders cannot be modified, cancelled or transferred to another style.

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As every Made to Order or Personalized garment is individually crafted specifically for you, these products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where required under applicable law or in the event of a verified manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Tolerance

Finished garment measurements may vary by approximately ±1 inch (±2.5 cm), which is considered an acceptable manufacturing tolerance and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.
